Joseph P. "Paul" Lebeau

LEBEAU, Joseph P. “Paul”, 85, of West Warwick, passed away Sunday, Nov. 29, 2015 at RI Hospital.

He was the husband of the late Carol E. (Bouchard) Lebeau.  Born in Warwick, he was the son of the late Raoul and Loretta (Derouin) Lebeau.  He was a lifelong resident of West Warwick.

Mr. Lebeau was a batch maker at Hoechst Chemical for over 25 years before retiring in 1990 and a volunteer firefighter with the Harris Fire Department for many years.  He was a communicant of SS. Peter & Paul Church, a Korean Army Veteran and an avid Red Sox, Bruins and PC Hockey fan. 

He is survived by a daughter, Kathleen L. Saccoccia and her husband Michael of West Greenwich; a son, Paul J. Lebeau and his wife Lori Ann of Johnston and three grandchildren Timothy and Alyson Saccoccia and Alexis Lebeau.  He was the brother of the late Cecil Valliere.

His funeral will be held Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015, at 9 am from the HENAULT-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 5 Eddy St., West Warwick.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am in SS. Peter & Paul Church, 48 Highland St., West Warwick.  Interment will follow with military honors in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.  Visiting hours, Tuesday 4-7 pm.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to SS.
