William M. Palazzi

William M. Palazzi, Jr., 64, of Johnston, formerly of East Providence, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2024 at Rhode Island Hospital.

Born in Providence, beloved son of Elizabeth A. (Faria) Lonardo of Johnston and the late William M. Palazzi, Sr.  He was a resident of East Providence for many years.

Bill loved bowling, was a New York Yankee fan and an avid amateur meteorologist.

Besides his mother he leaves a sister, Lori Linardo and her husband Peter; a niece, Ashley Kelley and a nephew, Mario Linardo.  He was the brother of the late Michael Mercede.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, August 2, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, 854 Providence Street, West Warwick.  Interment will be private and visiting hours are respectfully omitted.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 in his memory would be appreciated.  Information and condolences, please visit: www.PrataGallogly.com
