Vincent A. Muschiano, Jr.

MUSCHIANO, Vincent A., Jr., 81, formerly of West Warwick, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday morning, August 27, 2021 at Riverview Healthcare Community, Coventry.

He was the beloved husband of Carolyn M. (Frates) Muschiano, they had been married for sixty one years.  Born in West Warwick, he was a son of the late Vincent A. and Celia (Manish) Muschiano.  He resided in West Warwick for most of his life.

Mr. Muschiano was employed at General Dynamics, Electric Boat Division in Groton, CT for thirty five years before retiring as a General Foreman in 1998.  He loved his family, was an avid New England sports fan and loved the Baseball Hall of Fame.  He was a communicant of St. Anthony Church.

Besides his wife he leaves three children, Vincent A. Muschiano, III and his companion Michelle Harrington, Pamela M. Muschiano and Brian A. Muschiano and his wife Valerie; two sisters, Theresa Messier and Irene Cournoyer; nine grandchildren and their significant others, Justin, Michael, Alexandra, Meagan, Brian Jr., Lucia Muschiano, Andrew Bacon, Jennifer Mitchell and Samantha Long; three step-grandchildren, Cassandra, Kayla and Jack Rush and twelve great grandchildren.  He was the brother of the late Paula Tasyka.

His funeral will be held Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 9:00 am from the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence St., West Warwick followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in St. Anthony Church, Sunset Avenue, West Warwick.  Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich.  Visiting hours Monday 4:00-7:00 pm   In lieu of flowers contributions to St. Anthony Church, 10 Sunset Ave., West Warwick, RI 02893 in his memory would be appreciated.  Information and condolence please visit: www.PrataGallogly.com
