Tina L. (D'Amico) Short-Baker

Tina L. (D’Amico) Short-Baker, 95, of Wakefield Street, West Warwick, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday afternoon, December 28, 2024 at the Kent Regency Center, Warwick.

She was the beloved wife of the late Murray B. Baker.  Born in Newport, a daughter of the late Angelo and Clara (Verderaimo) D’Amico.  She resided in Warwick before moving to West Warwick.

 Tina loved spending time with her family, was an avid reader and enjoyed music.

She is survived by a daughter, Karen A. Sanders in Florida; a son, John Short in South Carolina; a brother, Peter D’Amico; three grandchildren, Tina Duquette, Jean Coelho and Angela Viola and three great grandchildren, Aaron McCarthy, Tyler Ferreira and Caleb Ross.  She was the beloved mother of the late Catherine L. Lavoie.
