Theresa M. (Mello) Michalec

Theresa M. (Mello) Michalec, of West Warwick, passed away peacefully Thursday morning, February 29, 2024 at Sunny View Nursing Home in Warwick.

She was the beloved wife of the late Albin J. Michalec, who passed away in 2006. Born in West Warwick, a daughter of the late Antonio and Maria (Couto) Mello. She was a lifelong resident of West Warwick.

Mrs. Michalec was a teller at Centreville Bank for many years until retiring and was a communicant of St. Anthony Church.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Alice Zajdek, Rita Levesque, Helen Plante, John F. Mello, Joseph Mello, Edward Mello, Thomas Mello, Daniel Mello, Mary Wojcik and Louise Mello.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, Sunset Ave, West Warwick.
