Theresa Marie Gouveia

GOUVEIA, Theresa M., 50, of West Warwick, passed away Saturday afternoon, June 11, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Warwick and daughter of the late Jose A. and Maria T. (Ledo) Gouveia. She was a lifelong resident of West Warwick.

Theresa loved spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.  She loved living her life, music, dancing and dragonflies.

She is survived by three children, Raymond A. Young, Alysha Gouveia and Ethan Gouveia; two grandchildren, Mason Gouveia and Antonio Mastrofine; five siblings, Joe Gouveia and his wife Lynn, Sylvia Cacchiotti and her companion Robert Cacchiotti, Lucy Costa and her husband Manny Costa, Carlos Gouveia and his companion Karen Scotti and Anna Gouveia and her companion Arthur Mathias; many nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as her close friend, Monique Patnode.

A Celebration of Life for Theresa will be held at a later date. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
