Sylvia (Fecteau) Nadeau

NADEAU, Sylvia (Fecteau), 94, formerly of West Warwick, passed away Monday, January 8, 2024 at Riverview Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, Coventry.

Born in West Warwick, she was a daughter of the late Rodolphe and Eva (Marcotte) Fecteau.  She was a resident of West Warwick for most of her life.

Mrs. Nadeau was a lace winder with various textile companies for many years until retiring from Hope Valley Dye.  She was a former communicant of SS. John and James Parish and loved spending time with her family.  Her enjoyments included baking, cooking and shopping.

She is survived by a son, Roger D. Nadeau and four grandchildren, Jennisie M. Nadeau, Michael Nadeau, Craig Nadeau and Brian Nadeau.  She was predeceased by her two children, Robert A. Nadeau and Jacquelyn “Jackie” M. Nadeau, her former husband, Arthur Nadeau and siblings, Roland and Rita Fecteau.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in SS.
