Susan J. (Petrangelo) Cambio

Susan J. (Petrangelo) Cambio, 84, of West Warwick, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 24, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at Kent Regency Center in Warwick.

She was the devoted wife of Ronald L. Cambio, with whom she shared 55 beautiful years of marriage. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and enduring companionship.

Born in Providence, Susan was the cherished daughter of the late Julian and Mary (Facente) Petrangelo. A longtime resident of the Natick section of Warwick.  

Susan worked for many years in the jewelry industry, a profession that suited her keen eye for beauty and detail. She also took great joy in selling Avon cosmetics, a pursuit that allowed her to connect with others and share her warm, engaging spirit. In her quieter moments, she found comfort and enjoyment in reading.

A proud sister, aunt, and friend, Susan leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly. She was predeceased by her siblings: Adeline DiCarlo, Carmella Cantone, Viola Cordeiro, Tillie, Dino, Thomas, Ernest, Anthony, and Louis Petrangelo.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church, 820 Providence Street, West Warwick. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich.
