Robert "Bobby" D. Stine

Robert Don “Bobby” Stine, 70, of Ottawa Street, West Warwick, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 5, 2021 surrounded by his loving family at home.

He was the beloved husband of Diane L. (Peckham) Arnold, they had been married for twenty eight years.  Born in Cranston, he was the son of the late Bobbie D. and Lucy (Fabbri) Stine.  He was a lifelong resident of West Warwick. 

Bobby was a selfless man, who was always doing for his family and friends.  He was a veteran, having served in the Army.  He was a hero, rescuing people from the tragic Station Nightclub fire.  He loved clamming, fishing and searching for mushrooms.  He was a member of the Phenix Sportsman’s Club.

Besides his wife, he leaves two sons, Timothy McKenna and Robert Stine; three daughters, Kelly Raymond and her fiancé, John Wright, Kristy Hollister and her husband Sammy and Carly Stine; a sister, Roberta Archambault; eleven grandchildren, Lilly Wright, Briella Hollister (NC), Brandon Raymond, Paxtyn Hollister (NC), Christinia Raymond, Austin Raymond, Taylor Iafrate, Lilyana Brunette, Mason Brunette, Zach Brunette and Jordynn Lepore and three great grandchildren, Joel, Brooklyn and Giovanni. 

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, August 12, 2021 from 4:00-8:00 pm in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick.  Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to VNA Care New England Hospice, 51 Health Lane, Warwick, RI 02886 in his memory would be appreciated.  Information and condolences, please visit: www.PrataGallogly.com
