Robert M. Prata

Robert M. Prata, 71, of Pawtucket, passed away Friday, August 5, 2022 at Oak Hill Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing, Pawtucket.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Michael and Claire (Beauregard) Prata.

Bob was a graduate of Assumption College, and worked as a financial analyst for Cumberland Farms for 30 years before retiring in 2016. But he was ultimately defined by his faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and always sought to point others to the hope that he had found in Him.

He is survived by two sons, David M. Prata of Woonsocket and Brian D. Prata and his wife Andrea of Warwick; a sister, Carol Breault of Atlanta, Georgia; and four grandchildren: Michael, Madelyn, Emily, and Joshua.

A Memorial Service, to which relatives and friends are invited, will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Cornerstone Church, 550 Cowesett Road in Warwick, Rhode Island. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.  In lieu of flowers, Bob had requested that memorial contributions be made to Cornerstone Church.
