Michael E. Saddow

Michael E. Saddow, 74, of West Warwick, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Kent Hospital, Warwick.

Born in Providence, a son of the late Edward M. and Petrina (Mazzone) Saddow.  He resided in West Warwick since 1978.

Mr. Saddow was a self-employed jewelry and precious metals collector.  An entrepreneurial businessman, he was the owner of the former Artic Hill Jewelry and Video Store for many years.  He was a Vietnam War Navy Veteran and enjoyed spending time with family and fishing.

He is survived by his three children, Patrick M. Saddow, Erin K. Quarells and Skyler Q. Saddow; four grandchildren, Gwendolyn Quarells, Rosey Quarells, Dakotah Saddow and Madison Saddow and a great grandson, Kaiden.  He was the brother of the late Edward M. Saddow, Jr.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, August 18, 2022 from 10:30 - 12:45 p.m. in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick.  Interment will be private in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to The Wounded Warrior Project (www.woundedworrierproject.org) in his memory would be appreciated.  Information and condolence, please visit: www.PrataGallogly.com
