Michael A. Lemoi

Michael A. Lemoi, 68, of Warwick, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

He was the husband of Bernice (Hall) Lemoi. Born in Warwick, he was the son of the late Norman J. and Joan H. (Joubert) Lemoi.

Michael devoted many years of his life to his work as a painter in the home improvement industry, where he was known for his strong work ethic and pride in a job well done. Outside of his work, he found his greatest happiness in the simple pleasures of life—spending time with his family, casting a line while fishing, enjoying the peace of the ocean, and sharing seafood meals with those he loved.

Above all, Michael cherished his family. In addition to his wife, he leaves his children, Brandie Cooper and Michael Lemoi; his four beloved grandchildren, Nevaeh Cooper, Sawyer Lemoi, Janiah Cooper, and Syha Cooper; and his four great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Lemoi, Rayden Lemoi, Romas Lemoi, and Mahlia Cooper-Kempt. He was the brother of Alan Lemoi and Wayne Lemoi, and the late Lori Lemoi.

His funeral services will be private, and visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
