M. Rita Boisclair

M. Rita Boisclair, 103, formerly of Colvin Street, West Warwick, passed away Friday afternoon, September 27, 2024 at Riverview Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, Coventry.

A lifelong resident of West Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Aime and Marie Louise (Roy) Boisclair.

Rita was a lifelong communicant of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church where she was also employed in the parish office for many years.

She is survived by five nephews, Roland and Robert Noel, Paul and William Dobson and a niece, Therese Noel. She was the sister of the late Marie Anne Noel, Rose Blais, Rosianne Boisclair, Sister Bernadette, Little Sisters of the Holy Family, Therese Dobson, Gerald, Henri, Donat, Euclide, Theodore and Roland Boisclair.  The family would like to thank Harmony Hospice of Rhode Island and Sister Kathy Mannish, RSM for all your kindness shown toward Aunt Rita.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 2, 2024 from 9:00-9:30 a.m. in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 62 Pleasant St., West Warwick.  Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, West Warwick.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 62 Pleasant St., West Warwick, RI 02893 in her memory would be appreciated.  Information and condolences, please visit: www.PrataGallogly.com
