Leonard A. “Lenny” Reali, 82, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Friday afternoon, February 6, 2026, at Lakeside Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in North Kingstown.
He was the beloved husband of Carol A. (Mello) Reali, with whom he shared sixty devoted years of marriage. He was born in Providence, a son of the late Pasquale and Anna (Felice) Reali and was raised in West Warwick before moving to Cranston in 1968.
Mr. Reali, together with his wife, was the proprietor of the former Mr. Robot Car Wash in West Warwick and Greenwich Village Nursery & Kindergarten School in West Greenwich for many years before retiring. In his younger years, Lenny was a stock car driver and remained a lifelong car enthusiast. He also enjoyed fishing and was known for his remarkable ability to fix just about anything. He proudly served as a former CLCF football coach.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his two children, James L. “Jim” Reali and his wife Diane of North Scituate, and Lori L. Hauser and her husband Stephen of Exeter; five grandchildren, James, Joseph and his wife Corina, Stephen, Jenna, and Leah; three great-grandchildren, Raven, Giuseppe, and Amara; and two sisters, Nancy Leathers and Patricia Panzitta.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 9:00–10:30 a.m. in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church, 820 Providence Street, West Warwick. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich.
