GAMMON, Sr., Kenneth E., 65, of West Warwick, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2023 surrounded by his loving family in the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence.
Born in Shirley, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late Kenneth E. and June E. (Shelvin) Gammon. He was a resident of West Warwick for several years.
Mr. Gammon was a self-employed Diesel Mechanic for many years. He served with the United States Army and enjoyed Drag Car Racing and cars.
He is survived by his three children, Heather N. Reisner and her husband Ralph, Vanessa M. Brouillard and Anthony J. Gammon; eleven grandchildren and one great granddaughter. He was the father to the late Kenneth E. Gammon, Jr.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a Memorial Gathering on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick. Inurnment with military honors will be on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter, (Procession will form at 11:45 a.m. in the Cemetery Administration Building parking area as you enter the cemetery on the right).
