Jose E. Andrade

ANDRADE, Jose E., 78, of West Warwick, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2022 at home surrounded by his loving family.

He was the beloved husband of Maria D. (Teles) Andrade.  Born in Sao Miguel, Azores, he was the son of the late Manuel and Maria (Estrella) Andrade.

Mr. Andrade was a custodian at the West Valley Inn for many years before retiring.  He loved spending time with family and enjoyed gardening.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his three children, Joseph E. Andrade and his wife Anna, Anna Carreiro and her husband Moises and Diana Spinard and her husband William; two sisters, Ana Lucianno and Lucia Ponte and five grandchildren, Celina Carreiro, Tyler Carreiro, Austin Spinard, Lilly Spinard and Dylan Spinard.  He was the brother of the late Manuel V. Andrade and Antonio V. Andrade.

Visiting hours will be held Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 8:30-10:30 a.m. in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, Sunset Avenue, West Warwick.  Interment will be in St. Mary Cemetery, West Warwick.  Information and condolences, please visit: www.PrataGallogly.com
