Joan H. (Joubert) Lemoi

Joan H. (Joubert) Lemoi, 87, of Hardig Brook Village Apartments, Warwick, passed away peacefully Friday morning, December 15, 2023 surrounded by her loving family at home.

She was the wife of the late Norman J. Lemoi.  Born in Pawtucket, daughter of the late Hermine H. Joubert.

Joan was a machine operator at Victor Electric for many years before retiring.  She was a member of the Hardig Brook Village Tenants Association and loved playing cards with friends from Hardig Brook.

She is survived by her three sons, Alan Lemoi and his wife Cathy, Michael Lemoi and his wife Bernice and Wayne Lemoi and his wife Brenda; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Lori Lemoi.

A Memorial Gathering will be held Wednesday, December 27, 2023 from 12:00-2:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick.  Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers contributions to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org/donate) in her memory would be appreciated.
