Jeannette C. (Dragon) Maynard

MAYNARD, Jeannette C. (Dragon), 87, of Seth Drive, West Warwick, passed away Monday afternoon, October 25, 2021 at Alpine Nursing Home, Coventry.

She was the beloved wife of the late George H. Maynard, upon his passing in 2018, they had been married for 64 years.  Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Philippe and Cordelia (Belanger) Dragon.  She resided in West Warwick since 1987.

Mrs. Maynard was a communicant of Christ the King Church and served as a Eucharistic Minister.  She loved spending time with family and was always helping people.

She is survived by two sons, Chris Maynard and his wife Patricia of Coventry and Alan Maynard of West Warwick; two grandchildren, Ryan and Jessica Maynard and two great grandchildren, Hailey and Harper Coates.  She was the sister of the late Yvonne Felber.

Visitation will be held Monday, November 1, 2021 from 9:30-10:00 am in the PRATA- GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am in Christ the King Church, 120 Legris Avenue, West Warwick.  Interment will be in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.  In lieu of flowers contributions to Paralyzed Veterans of America, P.O.
