Gail E. (Medeiros) Santilli, 66, of Warwick, formerly of West Warwick, passed away peacefully on Sunday evening, January 11, 2026, at West View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
She was the beloved companion of Michael A. Haddad. Born in Warwick, Gail was a daughter of the late Joseph and Eileen (Rego) Medeiros. She was raised in West Warwick before making her home in Warwick more than twenty years ago.
Gail found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved traveling, crocheting, and spending time at the casino, where she especially enjoyed playing the slots and bingo. Above all, she treasured her family and the moments spent with those she loved.
In addition to her companion Michael, she leaves her loving daughter, Nicole Smith and her husband Brian; her brother, Joseph J. Medeiros of West Warwick; and her cherished grandson, Nolan Smith, who was a great source of pride and happiness in her life. Gail was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Erika Edwards, whom she carried forever in her heart.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, Sunset Avenue, West Warwick. Interment will follow in Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery, Coventry.
