Elizabeth A. Smith

SMITH, Elizabeth A., 60, of West Warwick, passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023, surrounded by her loving family at Miriam Hospital, Providence.

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Robert and June (Girard) Smith.

Elizabeth enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and playing candy crush and enjoyed most of all spending time with her grandchildren.   

She is survived by her fiancé, James L. Hill; six children, Brian Smith, Keith Smith, Jessica O’Connor, Kevin Smith, Lyssa Smith and Wendie Smith and her husband Shawn Andersen; four siblings, Susan Blackwelder, Cynthia Pineda, Russell Smith and Bruce Smith; nineteen grandchildren, Samantha, Brian Jr., Kyle, Alicia, Isaiah, Ava, Amaya, Lily, Jordan, Bailee, Austin, Avianna, Chanelle, Alexis, Ariana, Aurora, Alissiana, Camren and Ariella; four great grandchildren, Avery, Gabrielle, Kayden and Theo and several nieces and nephews including, Neva Benito.  She was a sister of the late Robert Smith, David Smith and Dennis Smith.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday, February 17, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick.  Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to Rhode Island Community Food Bank, 200 Niantic Avenue, Providence, RI 02907 in her memory would be appreciated.  Information and condolences, please visit: www.PrataGallogly.com
