Elizabeth A. Silva

SILVA, Elizabeth A., 96, of West Warwick, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Steere House Nursing Center in Providence. 

She was the daughter of the late Manuel and Mary (Pinheiro) Silva.  She was a lifelong resident of West Warwick. 

Elizabeth was employed at Kent County Water Authority for many years before retiring.  She was a communicant of St. Anthony Church and a generous and caring person.  Along with homemaking and walking, Elizabeth enjoyed life; she loved spending time with her many sisters and brothers and loved making memories with her family.

She leaves two sisters, Gloria Lafond of West Warwick and Eileen Godin of Columbus, OH, two brothers, Manuel Silva of West Warwick and Thomas Silva of Coventry as well as her 29 nieces and nephews.  She was the sister of the late Connie Felice, Barbara Steele, Dorothy Richard, Beatrice Souza, Lillian Patenaude, Claire Blade, Theresa Enos, Veronica Peltier and Joseph Silva.

The family would like to thank the staff of Steere House for their loving care of Elizabeth.
