Doris G. (Rajotte) D'Abrosca, 89, formerly of Narragansett Ave., West Warwick, passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at the Stillwater Nursing & Rehabilitation Community, Greenville.

She was the beloved wife of the late John A. "Chief" D'Abrosca, they had been married for 58 years upon his passing. Born in West Warwick, a daughter of the late Lucien and Germaine (Leroux) Rajotte. She was a lifelong resident of West Warwick.

Mrs. D'Abrosca was a communicant of Christ the King Church, she enjoyed knitting, crocheting, gardening and baking but most of all, spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Doris-Ann Synowiec and her husband Mark of Coventry, John A. D'Abrosca, Jr. and his wife Karen of West Warwick, Tricia M. Jusczyk (Brian) of Coventry, Michael P. D'Abrosca and his wife Bethany of Carrollton, TX and Steven T. D'Abrosca and his wife Michele of Cumberland; four siblings, Ida Martin, George (Donald), Lucien (Pop) and Paul Rajotte; eleven grandchildren, Kyle D’Abrosca (Caitlin), Adam D’Abrosca and his wife Adrianna, Evan D’Abrosca and his wife Meaghan, Courtney Fratus and her husband Joseph, Bryan Jusczyk (Jamie Medeiros), Brya D’Abrosca and her fiancé Carter Stewart, Lexi, Isabel, Justin, Emily and Kaitlyn D’Abrosca and three great grandchildren, Benjamin and Cooper Fratus and Julian Jusczyk. She was the sister of the late Laurette Williams, Rita Parent, Leo and Raoul (Pete) Rajotte.

A private family funeral service will be held at PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home and will be streamed live on our Facebook page (Gallogly Family Funeral Homes) on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at 10:00 am. A private burial will be held at Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter. A celebration of life will be planned in the coming months.
