Diane M. (Zelano) Hattoy

Diane M. (Zelano) Hattoy, 68, of Hartford Avenue, Johnston, passed way unexpectedly on Saturday evening, October 14, 2023 at Rhode Island Hospital.

She was the beloved wife of Andre R. Hattoy, they had been married for forty-three years.  Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Anthony and Anne (Calouri) Zelano.  She was a resident of Johnston for over forty years.

Diane was a teacher assistant and a bus monitor with the Johnston School Department for many years until retiring.  She loved spending time with family and her enjoyments included, visits to the beach, watching game shows and her beloved dog, Jake.

Besides her husband she leaves her son, Christopher A. Hattoy and his wife Jill of Coventry and two siblings, Richard Zelano of Warwick and Barbara Calabro of Johnston.

Visiting hours will be held Friday, October 20, 2023 from 9:30-11:00 a.m. in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick followed by a funeral home service at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to a charity of your choice in Diane’s memory would be appreciated.  Information and condolences, please visit: www.PrataGallogly.com
