AUGER, Dennis E., 68, of North Kingstown, formerly of West Warwick, passed away Friday, March 26, 2021 at Kent Hospital, Warwick.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Gerard J. and Isabelle A. (Goozey) Auger.
Dennis was a chef at various restaurants in Rhode Island followed by employment at Amtrol, Inc. in West Warwick for many years before retiring. He was a graduate of West Warwick High School, loved motorcycles, dragon memorabilia, and his cats. He was an avid New England Patriot’s fan, but most of all, he loved spending time with his grandson, Jack.
He is survived by a son, Adam W. Auger and his wife Deanna; two daughters, Amanda E. Lessard and her husband Geoff and Amelia M.I. Auger; a grandson, Jack Auger and three siblings, Martin Auger and his wife Pauline, John Auger and his wife Susan and Marlene Auger. Also survived by his former spouse, Margaret (Donahue) Auger. He was the brother of the late Gerard and Kenneth Auger.
