Cheryl R. (Hedges) Richardson

Cheryl R. (Hedges) Richardson, 71, of Ambler, PA, died on November 26, 2021, at The Hill at Whitemarsh in Lafayette Hill, PA.

She was born in Providence, Rhode Island on October 5, 1950, to the late Arthur Hedges and Mary Lou (Young) Hedges.

She attended Central High School in Providence, Rhode Island, and later graduated from Philadelphia University with a degree in Human Resources. Cheryl was employed at North Penn Hospital (now known as Lansdale Hospital) and later worked for QBI, Quality Benefits Incorporated, as a Benefits Coordinator until her retirement in May 2017. Cheryl was a member of the American Legion Post #769 Ladies Auxiliary of Ambler, and she also enjoyed sewing.

Cheryl is survived by her three daughters, Michelle Alderfer, Rychelle Richardson, and Lynette Richardson; three granddaughters, Brittany, Ebony, and Kayla and two brothers, Arthur Hedges and Leslie J. Hedges, Esq.  She was predeceased by a sister, Marilyn Davis.

Visiting hours will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022, from 2:00-4:00 pm in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island.
