Brenda G. Sampaio

Brenda G. Sampaio, 65, of West Warwick, passed away peacefully, with her family by her side on Monday, January 11, 2021 at home. 

Born in Warwick, a daughter of Alice V. (Caires) Sampaio of West Warwick and the late Oliver D. Sampaio.  She was a lifelong resident of West Warwick. 

Brenda was a delivery driver with United Parcel Service (UPS) for 18 years before retiring in 2004.  She was a communicant of St. Anthony’s Parish in West Warwick.

Besides her mother, Brenda is survived by seven siblings; Robert Sampaio and his wife Dorothy, Bruce Sampaio and his wife Cathy, Renato Sampaio and his wife Theresa, Wendy Rego and her husband Gary, Joyce Thornton and her husband Jim, Jessica Fitzgerald and her husband David,  Randy Sampaio and many nieces and nephews.  She was the sister of the late Richard W. Sampaio. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, January 15, 2021 at 10:00 am in St. Anthony Church, 10 Sunset Avenue, West Warwick (all COVID-19 State Guidelines will be observed).  Due to pandemic restrictions, interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Anthony’s Hope, 10 Sunset Avenue, West Warwick, RI 02893, in her memory would be appreciated.
