Barbara E. (Brown) Pancarowicz

PANCAROWICZ, Barbara E. (Brown), 91, of Coventry, formerly of Warwick, passed away unexpectedly Monday, September 19, 2022 at Kent Hospital.

She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond J. Pancarowicz.  Born in West Warwick, a daughter of the late Thomas and Mayola (Handy) Brown.

Barbara was a clerk with A&P Supermarket and Jerry’s Supermarket for many years before retiring.  She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed reading.

She is survived by a daughter, Lynn Lawrence of Coventry; three sons, Raymond J. Pancarowicz, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV, Gary T. Pancarowicz of Coventry and David B. Pancarowicz of Warwick; four grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and a sister, Jacqueline Rita of West Warwick.  She was sister to the late Norma Kowal and Eileen Grenier.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Our Lady of Czenstochowa Church, 445 Washington Street, Coventry.  Interment will be private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105-9959 in her memory would be appreciated.  Information and condolences, please visit: www.pratagallogly.com
