BEVERLY, Ann M. (Langlois), 77, of Colby Drive, Coventry, passed away Saturday evening, August 7, 2021 at Kent Hospital, Warwick.
She was the beloved wife of Ellsworth W. Beverly, they had been married for forty one years. Born in Worcester, MA she was a daughter of the late William and Margaret (Healy) Langlois. She was a resident of Coventry for many years.
Mrs. Beverly was a graduate of Worcester State College and was employed as an insurance agent for many years until retiring. She was a communicant of SS. John & Paul Church and an active swimmer at the Kent County YMCA. Being an avid reader, she was an ESL tutor through the Coventry Public Library to several people in the community.
Besides her husband she leaves two daughters, Elizabeth Albro and her husband Stephen of Coventry and Christine Lockwood and her husband Tim of Feeding Hills, MA; two step-children, Richard Beverly and his wife Susan and Carolyn Grandchamp both of Pensacola, FL, two brothers, John Langlois and William Langlois both in Massachusetts and seven grandchildren, Bret, Danielle, Ashley, Matthew, Leo, Kerri and Parker.
Visitation will be held Thursday, August 12, 2021 from 9:00-10:15 am in the PRATA-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 78 Providence Street, West Warwick, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in SS. John & Paul Church, 341 South Main Street, Coventry. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich.
