Yvette L. (Roy) Nadeau

NADEAU, Yvette L. (Roy), 94, of Woodland Avenue, Coventry, formerly of 845 Wakefield Street, West Warwick, passed away peacefully Friday evening, April 6, 2018 at Coventry Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Coventry.

She was the beloved wife of the late Edgar A. Nadeau who passed away in 1990.  Born in West Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Victoria (Desrosiers) Roy.

Mrs. Nadeau was a dietary aide at Kent Hospital for several years before retiring.  She loved playing bingo at the nursing center.

She is survived by a son-in-law, Normand F. Raboin of Coventry; two granddaughters, Jennifer L. Almeida of North Providence and Elizabeth A. White of Coventry; three great grandchildren, Cassandra, William and Emma and several nieces and nephews.  She was pre-deceased by her two children, Denise A. Raboin and Paul Nadeau and her ten siblings.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 8:30-9:30 am in the HENAULT-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 5 Eddy Street, West Warwick followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Christ the King Church, 120 Legris Avenue, West Warwick.
