Phyllis R. (Eldridge) DiMasi

DiMASI, Phyllis R., (Eldridge), 79, formerly of Flat River Road, Coventry, passed away Monday morning, June 3, 2019 surrounded by her loving family at Scalabrini Villa, North Kingstown.

She was the beloved wife of the late A. Thomas DiMasi, R.Ph.  Born in West Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Philip J. Eldridge, Sr. and Louise (Keegan) Eldridge.  She was a lifelong resident of the Pawtuxet Valley area.

Mrs. DiMasi was employed with the State of Rhode Island for twenty years before retiring in 2004.  She enjoyed cooking, reading and doing crossword puzzles but she especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

She leaves three children, Julie Patrizio and her husband Ron of The Villages, FL, Thomas DiMasi of Coventry and Lisa M. Lukowicz and her husband John of Coventry; two brothers and their spouses, Philip J. Eldridge, Jr and his wife Joyce of Warwick and Peter D. Eldridge and his wife Miriam of West Warwick and six grandchildren, Matt, India, Thomas, Alex, Lena and Laura.  She was the sister of the late Richard P. Eldridge.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 10, 2019 from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. in the HENAULT-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 5 Eddy Street, West Warwick followed by a funeral home service at 9:45 a.m.  Interment will be in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to Scalabrini Villa, 860 North Quidnessett Road, North Kingstown, RI 02852 in her memory would be appreciated.  Information and condolences, please visit: www.henault-gallogly.com
