Dear Mary and Family,
It was just the other morning that I woke up to the thought that I have to call Louise. As happens, the thought was overlooked with the business of the day. I am so sorry to hear that she has passed. It is with a smile that I remember traveling with your grandmother and mine and getting left off at some remote station in another part of NJ on our way to visit Louise. I still hear the two adults laughing about the 12 year old finding a solution. And, it is with regret that I will not be able to attend the services since I am leaving today for Portugal. Sending my love, prayers and deepest sympathy to all of you. God speed, Louise.
