Theresa M. Moorehead

MOOREHEAD, Theresa M. (Carvalho), 86, of Robbins Dr., Coventry, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2015 at Kent Hospital.

She was the beloved wife of the late John Q. Moorehead.  Born in West Warwick, she was the daughter of the late John and Florida (Roch) Carvalho.  She was a lifelong resident of the Pawtuxet Valley area.

Mrs. Moorehead was a Crossing Guard with the Town of Coventry for many years before retiring.  She was a communicant of SS. John & Paul Church where she was a member of the Rosary and Altar Sodality and enjoyed traveling.

She is survived by a son, Glen M. Moorehead and his wife Gail of Warwick; two grandchildren, Stephanie and James Moorehead and a sister, Cecile Capron of West Warwick.  She was the mother of the late Gary J. Moorehead and sister of the late Beatrice Landers.

Visitation and funeral will be held Thursday, July 23, 2015 from 9:15-10:15 am in the HENAULT-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 5 Eddy St., West Warwick followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in SS.
