Paulette C. (Belanger) Tevyaw

TEVYAW, Paulette C. (Belanger), 72, of East Street, West Warwick, passed away Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016 at Kent Hospital.

She was the beloved wife of Joseph F. Tevyaw, Sr., they had been married for 50 years.  Born in West Warwick, she was a daughter of the late Maurice A. and Yvonne R. (Cayouette) Belanger.  She was a lifelong resident of West Warwick.

Mrs. Tevyaw was employed at C & J Jewelry for 26 years before retiring in 2006.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Joseph F Tevyaw, Jr. and his fiancée Lisa Mattera of Warwick and Paul J Tevyaw of West Warwick; a sister, Muriel F. Stanley of Coco Beach, FL and eight grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Sherri Lyn Cutting and sister of the late Maurice A. Belanger, Jr.

Her funeral will be held Thursday, Oct. 20, 2016 at 9 am from the HENAULT-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 5 Eddy Street, West Warwick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am in SS. John and James Church, Washington St., West Warwick.  Interment will follow in SS.
