F. Norris Pike

PIKE, F. Norris, 65, of Block Island and Wakefield, passed away Friday evening, Nov. 24, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family.

He was the beloved husband of Susan E. (Mott) Pike.  Born in South Kingstown, he was the son of the late Harold S. and Claire S. (Slate) Pike.

Norris was the proprietor of Norris Pike, Design-Build, Inc. for many years.  He served as Second Warden of the New Shoreham Town Council and was appointed to several boards and committees.  His enjoyments included the water, wooden boats, sailing and enjoying his wife’s flowers.

Besides his wife he leaves a son, Harold W. Pike, Esq. of Providence; a daughter, Lily M. Pike, MD and her husband Zachary Harnett, MD of Providence; a grandson, Jonah and a brother, Frederick Pike of Portsmouth.  

His funeral service will be held Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017 at 1:00 pm in the Harbor Church, Water St., Block Island.  Interment will follow in Island Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers contributions to Block Island Volunteer Fire and Rescue Dept., PO Box 781, Block Island, RI 02807and or Hope Hospice & Palliative Care RI, 1085 North Main St., Providence, RI 02904 in his memory would be appreciated.  Information and condolences please visit: www.henault-gallogly.com
